Hello Shredders,
I had a loooong and hectic day with my clients in Berlin, meeting after meeting.
But: Nutrition went well (even the cook remembered the recipe of warm, plain oats today…like porridge (water + oats + a tiny bit of salt…plus some milk as a n extra, that’s all caz, J), training went well (running and swimming in the hotel-pool before breakfast), mood very good but tired.

Day 23 / 84 Sticking to the RTP TS!

just a short update:
Training & nutrition went well, I even taught the chef in this hotel (5 ***** at the door..sorry, at the gate. My client is generous!) how to cook the oats for me in the morning (funny, these guys know how to pile up huge breakfast-buffets with which one could feet a small African country but don’t know how to cook proper oats!..now they know, it was delicious). J

Day 22 / 84 Hello from Berlin!
Hello Shredders,
it is almost 02.00 a.m. while I am finally sitting in front of my Laptop to blog for the day. I am at the moment in Berlin and will stay here until Thursday, it is a business-trip with lots of work.
I am very tired, got up a t 4 a.m. and need some sleep now.
My day was productive and effective work-wise, I got some running in and my weight-training.
For those who ask: Yes, I trained, but in a tiny hotel-gym, so no furniture-lifting necessary,
.
A big shout-out goes to our resident co-shredder Lynda. Lynda lives in Spain and rocks the house by walking the kilometers like a gazelle in the bush! We hit today the 70 km mark and all of us do extremely well.
A huge welcome to all the new Shredders in the Shredder-sphere and good luck to all the Shredders who started their missions today.
One Shredder, Jay from Copenhagen (what a beautiful town) started today as well and we know him already from the time when many of us were still blogging in the wild world of wordpress.com and blogger.com. I am convinced that Jay will show massive results as he has the heart of a sportsman and showed already big results in his former missions.

Day 21 / 84 Three weeks are done!
Hello Shredders,
it was a nice rest-day with spring-cleaning, running to the pool and back home, swimming, working and meeting friends.
The RTP-TS gives me so much strength and energy, it is almost hard to believe because the weight-training-sessions are tough when you give your very best. (www.rtp-transformation-system.com)
Today three weeks are done and the program works so very well for me…on top of all: It makes me happy!

I have a heavy work-week ahead, planned my training and my meals and I am off to bed now.

Hello Shredders,
first of all: Thank you to all of you, to melovitch, Skinny, Lilla, meri, caz, Rob, Cindi, moonlyt_bella and all silent visitors for your excelent and warm support. Your words and kind cheer ons mean so very much to me. I LOVE the positive attitude here in the sphere and I give my best to adapt it to all areas of my life. Thank you, you are my stars!
Today I went for a little run, cycled 30 minutes, ate spot on.

Day 2 / 84 “heavy arms”
Hello Shredders,
I think I will brush my teeth twice tonight after I can hardly lift my arms tonight…how will it be tomorrow.
I got all my meals in and struggling a bit with the protein-intake. But it was still okay.
As training I did Adam’s massive RTP-training and a 30 minutes interval-run. feeling very good after I made the start and happy because I got a

Day 1/84
Hello Shredders,
my first day is in the can.
I am posting it a bit late but took the picture last night after my training (You can see that I was already very tired but happy that I got everything in.)
Nutrition was well, I had two berry-smoothies and feeling very happy after I finished the day.
I also started my triathlon-training, so I am 100 % compliant to my plan.
